Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is CEOS Data s.r.o., with its registered office at Technologická 375/3, 708 00 Ostrava - Pustkovec, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 27832546, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ27832546, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File 30782. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data. The processing involves no automated decision-making or profiling.
What data we process
We process only the data you fill in yourself in the contact form, plus technical data about where your visit came from:
- full name
- organization name
- email address
- phone number, if you provide it (optional)
- the text of your message, if you provide it (optional)
- campaign parameters (UTM) and the address of the page from which you sent the form, which we use to evaluate which channel brought in the inquiry
Why we process your data
We use your data solely to handle your inquiry, reply to you, and arrange a consultation if applicable. The legal basis is your consent and, at the same time, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry is sent by email to the person responsible, and we keep it for 12 months from our last contact. The website itself does not store any submitted data in a database.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with third parties, except for the service providers we need to operate: our email service provider (Microsoft 365) and our hosting provider. They process the data under data processing agreements.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not require any cookies. Your choice in the cookie banner is remembered by your browser. For aggregate statistics, our server anonymously counts only that the banner was shown and which option you chose - without cookies, your IP address or any identifier, so the choice cannot be traced back to you. We set Google Analytics cookies only after you give your consent in the cookie banner; visit data is then processed by Google LLC, Mountain View, USA, with your IP address anonymized. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Learn more about Google Analytics cookies at policies.google.com.
With the same consent, we also measure visits with Metricool. It sets no cookies; when a page is shown, your browser sends it the page address, the window size and the page you came from. The data is processed by Metricool Software, S.L., Madrid, Spain. Learn more at metricool.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time at info@asysta.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
